A reporting gap continues to exist in coverage of women players and women's events at popular chess websites.  News on female players is out there, but it is scattered and who has the time to visit tons of websites looking for it?  There is no one place exclusively devoted to coverage of female players and female chess events.  So, I find the news for you, with help from my friends!  I'll report as time permits.  This is a labor of love.  If not posted here, I'm posting current chess femme news/events at the Goddesschess blog.
